Tell us which rooms or which sides of the house you want painted, and whether ceilings, trim, doors, or cabinets are included. Mention anything you have noticed, like peeling, water stains, soft wood, or cracks. The more we know before we arrive, the closer the first estimate comes to the final scope.


How Scheduling Works


Once you approve the estimate, we confirm a start date with you. Interior work goes on all year. Exterior and deck dates depend on the weather and can shift if rain or a cold night is coming, and we will tell you as soon as we know. Commercial jobs can be scheduled after hours or on weekends.

    Yes. Commercial estimates include a site walkthrough to confirm scope and plan the work around your business hours.

    Your property address, a rough room count or square footage, your timeline, and any color or product preferences. Photos help too, but are not required.

    Photos are a big help, and you are welcome to email them ahead of time. They let us answer quick questions and come prepared. We still look at every project in person before giving a price, because surface condition is hard to judge from a picture and it is the thing that decides how much prep a job needs.

  • Do I need to choose colors before the estimate?

    No. The estimate is based on the surfaces, the prep, and how many colors and sheens you want, so exact shades can wait. We are happy to talk through what tends to work in a given room or on a given house.

  • What if I want to add to the project after it starts?

    Tell us. If you decide to add a room, a door, or a stretch of fence, we will write up the change and the price before we do the extra work. Nothing gets added to your bill that you did not agree to first.
